There are two major permissions at the groups level of ServiceReef. The first allows you to manage the curriculums your audience will be able to choose from. The second allows you to set permissions for how groups are formed. Let’s unpack these...
You have two options for how your audience will be able to view the curriculum they will be able to select from (for their groups). The groups will either choose from the entire library of titles in the ServiceReef library or they will choose from the library that you create for your audience. Think of it like this… you are a small group leader and you’re about to launch into a new study. As a group leader you will be able to select from the list that’s available.
You have two check boxes to select from here. The first is the allow groups to self form or not. The second check box sets a requirement for groups to be approved or not. Most organizations will allow groups to self form and most organizations do choose to approve groups first in order to keep a certain level of quality for your groups and group leaders and to censor necessary items.
