Welcome to your dashboard for managing the curriculum you choose to share with your audience. Now, this deserves some explanation as you will be viewing a wide range of titles.
What you are seeing here is ONLY visible to you as the admin of your organization.
What you are doing here is selecting the curriculum titles you want your audience to see and choose from as they created groups.
How does the curriculum selection work?
ServiceReef works to collect numerous titles for small groups but we recognize that you probably want to pre-select certain titles for your congregation or audience. That’s what this page is for… to make those selections. The platform defaults to NOT selecting any titles until you click the Select button. Once you click the Select button then your audience will have this title as an option to choose from when they are creating a small group or choosing a curriculum to study in their small group.
How can I search for a certain title?
This is simple… either use the keyword search or use the filters (life stage, gender, or age group) to narrow down the title you are searching for and then click the Select button to add this to your organizations library.
Can I remove a title that I select now but want to remove later?
Yes, simply click the Select button again and it will go back to the grey color.
What if I can’t find a title that I’m looking for?
You can add new curriculums, as an admin, at any time. You just need to be aware of your copyright permissions. You can add a title that you do not have copyright over but you cannot add any copyright materials or charge for that curriculum.
